Accessibility Statement
We want every family, student and educator to be able to use this site, whatever device or assistive technology they use.
Our target
This site is built to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. That is the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act in practice and by Section 508.
What we have done
- Every page uses real headings in order, landmark regions, and a "skip to content" link for keyboard users.
- Keyboard focus is always visible and never removed.
- Text and interface colors are checked against their backgrounds for contrast.
- The site respects your operating system's reduced-motion setting.
- Form fields have permanently visible labels — not placeholder text that disappears when you type — and errors are announced, not only coloured.
- Interactive targets are at least 44 by 44 pixels.
- Layouts reflow to a single column on small screens and remain usable at 200% zoom without horizontal scrolling.
- No content flashes or auto-plays.
Where we know we fall short
- The spam check on our forms requires JavaScript. If that is a barrier for you, call or email us instead and we will take your inquiry directly.
- Any PDF we publish may not yet be fully tagged for screen readers. Ask us and we will provide the content in another format.
