Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, and what we do not do with it.
The short version
This site has no advertising, no third-party analytics, no tracking pixels and no cookies of its own. We collect information in exactly two places: the contact form and the student intake form, when you choose to fill them in.
What we collect
When you send us a message, we receive the name, email address, phone number (if you give one) and message you type into the form. We use it to reply to you and to provide the services you ask about. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for marketing.
When any page loads, our hosting provider records standard server information — IP address, browser type, page requested, timestamp — for security and abuse prevention. This is ordinary web server logging, not profiling.
Who processes data for us
Cloudflare hosts this site, serves it, and provides the Turnstile spam check on our forms. Turnstile is designed to verify you are not a bot without profiling you or tracking you across sites.
Our email provider delivers form submissions to our inbox.
Both are contracted processors acting on our instructions.
Students and children
Our work involves students, many of them minors, so this section matters more than the rest of the page.
The student intake form collects information about a child — first name, grade, subjects, how they learn, where they are struggling and what they want to achieve. We ask for a first name rather than a full name, and we do not ask for a date of birth or an age.
A parent or legal guardian must complete and submit it. The form requires confirmation of that before it asks anything about the student, and a submission without it is rejected rather than stored.
Nothing from the intake is stored on this website. There is no database behind it. The submission becomes an email to Outlet and that email is the only copy. Nothing is written to your browser either, so a shared family computer keeps no trace of a partly completed form.
We use it to build the student's plan and to arrange sessions. It is never sold, shared or used for advertising. Email info@outlet4p.com or call 207-420-5088 and we will delete it.
How long we keep it
Inquiries and intakes stay in our email for as long as we may reasonably need them to serve you, and are deleted when they are no longer relevant. Server logs are retained by our host on their standard short retention schedule.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact info@outlet4p.com or call 207-420-5088 and we will act on it.
Changes
If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and change the date below.
