The terms that apply to this website and to Outlet's services.
Who we are
Outlet L.L.C. ("Outlet", "we") provides student development services — tutoring, basketball training and custom curriculum — and event services in Maine and online. This site describes those services and lets you contact us about them.
Using this site
You may use this site to learn about Outlet and to contact us. You agree not to use it to send spam, to attempt to access systems you are not authorized to access, or to interfere with its operation.
The content of this site — text, photographs, logo and design — belongs to Outlet or its licensors. You may not reproduce it commercially without permission.
Services and bookings
Prices shown on this site are current at the time of publication and may change. A booking is confirmed when we confirm it to you in writing, by email or text.
Tutoring and training sessions are billed hourly. A travel rate applies when Outlet travels more than ten miles from the tutor's home location. Event pricing is quoted for each event.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full. If Outlet has to cancel, we will reschedule or refund the session.
Payment is due as invoiced. Outlet accepts Venmo and other methods agreed at booking.
Students under 18
Services for students under 18 are contracted with a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the booking, for payment, and for supervision outside of the session itself.
Physical activity
Basketball training and Outlet events involve physical activity. Participants take part at their own risk and are responsible for confirming they are fit to do so. Tell us about any condition we should know about before a session or event.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Outlet is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and law
We may update these terms from time to time; the date below shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine.
